What is included in the packages? | All the party food, drinks, and lolly bags are included in each package. The only thing you need to bring is the birthday cake. |
What is the maximum number of children? | We can cater for up to 25 children. |
Does the number of children include the birthday girl? | Yes, the birthday girl should be counted in the number of children. |
Do you cater for dietary requirements? | Yes, we can cater for Gluten Free, Halal, Vegan, Vegetarian, or any other allergies/restrictions. |
How early can we arrive? | The birthday girl and her family are welcome to arrive a maximum of 15 minutes prior to the start time. If you require additional time for a large setup, we recommend booking the 3pm time slot and extending the party by an extra hour. |
Can boys attend the parties? | Boys are more than welcome to attend any of the parties and participate in the activities. We also have other options for boys that don’t want to participate in the pampering. |
Do you offer a mobile service? | No, we only offer parties hosted within our beautiful children’s day spa. |
Can we customise the party? | Yes, we are happy to work with you to create your child’s dream birthday party. We can combine packages and theme parties with decorations and additional extras. A quote can be provided when booking. |
When do I need to give final numbers? | Final numbers are required no later than the Monday prior to the party. |
What is the cancellation policy? | To book a Spa party at our venue we require a non refundable deposit of $200, cancellations made within 14 days of the date of the party, will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the value of the party. Cancellations within 7 days of the party, will incur a cancellation fee of the full party total. Once final numbers have been confirmed, refunds can not be given for children that do not show up to the party. |
Can parents stay during the party? | Yes, parents are welcome to stay in our beautiful parents room and will receive complimentary coffee and tea, as well as catering options available. The parent’s room can seat 12 adults. Due to space, we ask that a maximum of one parent per child attends, other than the birthday girl’s parents. For large parties, we encourage parents to drop and go as our venue is very secure. We only host one party at a time, our parties are very well staffed, and the door will be locked once all guests have arrived. |
